We are delighted to share a significant milestone in our journey to continually improve and maintain the highest standards of our technology framework!
We have completed the migration to a new Cere Blockchain Node repository in Github, previously organized as a direct fork of the Substrate framework repository, now based on the official Substrate Node Template.
Before we delve deeper into the objectives of this migration, it is crucial to understand the underpinning technology behind it – the Substrate framework.
Substrate is an open-source modular framework that enables developers to build blockchain networks tailored to specific use cases. It provides a robust foundation for decentralized applications, allowing them to leverage Polkadot and Kusama networks’ interoperability, scalability, and security.
Substrate’s importance cannot be overstated. As an innovation hub in the blockchain ecosystem, it significantly reduces the time, effort, and complexity involved in creating custom blockchain solutions. It provides building blocks, known as pallets, that developers can compose to build their unique blockchains.
