With our TGE coming up, it is time to communicate the last bits for our upcoming IDO on Polkastarter! After the immense interest in our whitelist rounds and selecting a lucky few individuals for the offering, it’s time to set everything in stone and head towards the IDO!
At the start of the fundraising rounds, the Cere team planned to host 2 pools on Polkastarter, with different allocations. After analyzing the last IDO’s, paired with other advice from the Polkastarter team, the parties unanimously decided to stick to 1 allocation for the IDO.
Because we will not host another round for extra whitelist spots, and we don’t want to reduce the allocation of our whitelist winners, we decided to set the maximum allocation for all whitelisted participants at $1000. This means that people from the first round of the whitelist (back in April) will have more buying power during the IDO.
That being said, please note that being whitelisted and passed KYC is not a guarantee that you will successfully participate in the Cere Network IDO on Polkastarter for the purchase of $CERE. The IDO will be first come first serve from the whitelisted group. Make sure you are ready on Monday to finalize your allocation during the IDO. Your whitelist status will be displayed on the Polkastarter platform on Monday.
