Subsquid gives you an indexing toolkit that streamlines extract-transform-load (ETL) processes, along with the ability to create custom indexers to easily gather on-chain data from Cere Mainnet. By utilizing Subsquid, developers can organize on-chain data from contract transfer activities and retrieve it through an off-chain index using the GraphQL API.
With this integration, Cere users will be able to easily access and use on-chain data, track various activities, and stay updated as the Cere Network blockchain expands. User’s can now also analyse how the Cere Network is being used, draw insights from on-chain data, and estimate its growth potential. This new integration also allows us to complete integration with the Polkassembly Governance Dashboard, ushering in a new era of community governance at Cere.
The best place to get familiar with Subsquid is the official documentation. After familiarizing yourself with the basic architecture overview, read through the quickstart guide, to learn how to auto-generate a basic GraphQL API from an EVM smart contract ABI, for example.
